A truly collaborative way of working

Our clients love the way we work – and no wonder. We don’t disappear into our isolated corner and re-emerge with all of the answers. We work with our clients in a truly collaborative way to share knowledge, explore opportunities and define the solution together.

By combining our knowledge of the Web with your knowledge of your industry, we are able to gain a deeper understanding of your objectives and develop an innovative strategy for your digital business. Without this level of collaboration, this simply couldn't happen.

How the team is structured

At the very beginning of a project, we will carefully select the team you will be working with in terms of their experience and expertise.

This will include a dedicated account manager who is responsible for the day-to-day management of your project, as well as an account director who is ultimately responsible for the overall relationship and strategic direction of your project.

Each project which is handled by the account management team will have a dedicated project manager and project lead who is responsible for bringing together all of the detail required to deliver a successful solution.

Keeping the project momentum going

We like to meet up with our clients as often as possible to keep the project momentum going and to make sure we’re all singing from the same hymn sheet. As well as regular internal reviews, we also have weekly project progress reviews and monthly operational reviews where the account management team will meet up with you to discuss the progress of your project.

What’s more, all of our customers benefit from what we call our ‘quarterly added-value reviews’ where we will get together to explore fresh and exciting ideas as a team. (Any excuse to buy posh biscuits.)

First-class project management

All of our project managers follow Prince 2 best practice and adhere to the very best quality-assurance standards. To help us achieve these results, we have invested heavily in everything from our electronic resource management through to our automated build-and-test environment to allow us to spend more time concentrating on the detail and less time fighting fires.
