We’ve recently opened a London office to accommodate growing demand for our digital services and we’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join the team.
About the role
We are looking for someone who not only has the experience of strategic account management but also has a passion for creative and innovative thinking.
Based right in the centre of the action in the west-end of London, you will be responsible for strategically leading client accounts for exciting brands predominantly London based. You will also be asked to do a bit of travelling to client offices as well as regular visits to see the team in Newcastle.
Main duties
Your responsibilities will include establishing and developing relationships with a portfolio of blue-chip clients and proactively managing the day-to-day activity and expectations of your clients. There will be some mentoring and delegating involved in this role as you will be regarded as a senior and more experienced member of the team. You will also be seen as an escalation point for clients.
Ideally you will be working in the digital sector already or have had some experience and exposure to digital account management. Knowledge of Web application development, Web design and online marketing would be a great advantage as well as the capability of formulating digital strategies for new and existing clients.
You will be expected to work closely with the wider team of project managers and the developers to effectively manage the delivery of client projects, ensure profitability targets are met, manage client feedback and ensure all account activity is reported.
