We were amazed that the sun actually decided to come out at all this summer, so before it took its hat off and skedaddled behind the clouds again, we headed down the Pitcher and Piano for a gourmet barbecue to celebrate the season in style.

We had an unbeatable reserved location, on a raised outdoor terrace, where we sat and soaked up the stunning river views and enjoyed that fabulous Friday feeling. The food was absolutely delicious and the drink quenched our thirst for an evening to remember.

As the sun went down over the Millennium Bridge, we started talking about ideas for our next monthly social event. “River cruise, the beach, pirates, parrots”. Yeah, we do try and make the wackiest of ideas humanly possible.
