MT Rainey joining as chairman comes at an exciting time in our expansion. With a new London office and two recent blue-chip client wins - Bupa and Hays Recruitment - it’s all go here at TH_NK.

Good news most certainly comes in threes. Having just secured a series of high-profile client wins, namely Bupa and Hays Recruitment, we’re also delighted to welcome MT Rainey as our Chairman.

As founder of her own agency, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe in 1993, MT set up her own website in 2005 - http://www.horsesmouth.co.uk/ - online social enterprise with around 10,000 members. The website is a social network for informal mentoring which connects people facing important life and work issues with others that can support and inspire them.

So it seems only apt that she now returns to the world of digital, where part of her role will be mentoring Tarek Nseir, our MD, as TH_NK develops in the national arena.

MT’s appointment bears further testament to our rapid growth this year alone - in addition to our ambitious expansion programme which saw us open our new London  office, our team has increased to 60+ and turnover to over £6 million. And of course we’ve added more strings to our bow with even more big wins. On top of our up-and-coming work for exciting new clients, we’ve just completed a major strategic project for Bupa to reshape the healthcare landscape of the future, and work has started to develop a 5 year strategy for Hays, the UK’s largest recruitment company.

TH_NK combines all the energy and determination of a hungry, growing business with the professionalism and processes of a more established, mature shop. I’m also really impressed with Tarek’s combination of dazzling technological flair and real commercial acumen. Furthermore, I’m excited by what I see as a user-centric approach at TH_NK. For me, it reflects the early days of account planning and really starts to set them apart from other technology-literate digital shops. Finally, whether it be alleviating the burden of management issues or providing a sounding board in this fast-changing industry, my role will be to help shape TH_NK’s future.
