The first of our graduates has recently joined us and is already off to a flying start. Rachael Wilman is our new Account Executive and is showing all the signs of being a huge success at TH_NK.

Eh up! 22 year old Rachael from Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales, has just completed her business studies degree at Northumbria University. We first met the Yorkshire lass back in April when she attended our graduate assessment and presented a pitch to us. Impressed by her attitude and enthusiasm, we then offered her a position in our Account Management team.

As part of her course, Rachael did a year long placement in the marketing department of IBM’s UK labs. She will now be taking over some of our smaller accounts and is relishing the challenge. Graduation day takes place on July 16th and Rachael is hopeful of a 2:1. We think she’s first-class already.

I attended the TH_NK graduate presentation at my university and was really impressed by the kind of work the company is involved with. During the graduate assessment day, I worked in a team to put together a pitch and we managed to field a barrage of questions! I got a really good feeling for the company and the internal culture and practices, so I’m really excited to be working within a business with such a unique feel to it. And I’m looking forward to getting a real insight into managing an account and taking ownership of my own clients.

Rachael has already got her first taste of Account Management and we’re confident will be a real asset to the team. Our Graduate programme is proving a real success in attracting talent into the organisation and we’re committed to giving local graduates a great start to their careers.
